Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز اثر تطبيقات صناعة السياحة الالكترونية على جودة الخدمات السياحية ، حيث أصبح من الضروري على المنظمات السياحية العمل على التحسين المستمر لخدماتها السياحية الرقمية، وتقديم منتج سياحي حديث مبتكر وذكي مختلف عن ما يقدمه المنافسين لتعزيز التجربة السياحية للسياح، من أجل ضمان تلبية توقعاتهم. و لتحقيق أهداف هاته الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي في عرض المفاهيم والتحليلي للجانب التطبيقي بالإعتماد على الدراسة الميدانية حيث تم جمع المعلومات عن طريق استبانة مصممة بهدف التعرف على تأثير الخدمات السياحية الرقمية على جودة الخدمات السياحية بالمقصد السياحي الحظيرة الوطنية المداد، وتم معالجة المعلومات من خلال برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية SPSS التي تساعدنا على اختبار الفرضيات والتوصل إلى النتائج، التي خلصت في جُلًها إلى ما يلي: - إن استخدام تطبيقات الخدمات السياحية الالكترونية يؤثر بصورة واضحة و قوية على جودة الخدمات السياحية بالوجهة السياحية الحظيرة الوطنية المداد. تصنيف JEL:. C12, O30, Z32 Abstract: This study aims to highlight the impact of the applications of the e-tourism industry on the quality of tourism services, as it has become necessary for tourism organizations to work on continuously improving their digital tourism services, and to provide a modern, innovative and intelligent tourism product different from what competitors offer to enhance the tourism experience of tourists, in order to ensure that their expectations are met. To achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive approach was followed in presenting concepts and analysis of the application aspect based on the field study where information was collected through a questionnaire designed to identify the impact of digital tourism services on the quality of tourism services in the national tourist destination supply, and the information was processed through the program statistical package for social sciences SPSS, which helps us to test hypotheses and reach results, which concluded in most of the following: - The use of electronic tourism services applications clearly and strongly affects the quality of tourism services in the tourist destination of the national parc el maddad.
