Résumé: موضوع هذا المقال هو التطورات التي عرفتها نظرية العقد الإداري، سوف نتناول القواعد المطبقة على هذه العقود والتمييز بين العقود الإدارية وعقود الإدارة ، وفي الأخير سوف نبحث عن الجهة القضائية المختصة في منازعات العقود الإدارية. The subject of this article is the development has undergone the theory of administrative contract, we will be examined the rules applicable to this contract, and the distinction of administrative contract and contract administration. Finally we will look the court which has jurisdiction over an administrative contract dispute.
