علاقة الإدارة مع المواطن في الأنظمة الإدارية العربية- دراسة مقارنة بين الجزائر و المغرب-

Résumé: Abstract: The issue of the administration's relationship with citizens is considered one of the most recent subjects of study in the field of public administration and comparative public administration due to its great importance in societies. The administration is the service organ within the state that provides services in response to citizens' requests and operates in a variable environment. Different countries seek to activate its performance to create balance and confidence in the relationship between the administration and citizens, who are considered the basis of its existence. The aim of this study is to examine the most basic concepts related to this subject, as well as to analyze and describe the reality of the nature of the administration's relationship with citizens in Algeria and Morocco. This will allow us to understand the most important aspects that distinguish this relationship, particularly since Arab countries show great interest in citizens and work hard to consolidate this relationship. This study aims to identify the most important factors and influences that govern the administration's relationship with citizens, such as the impact of the public administration environment on the nature of this relationship, and the extent to which citizens' culture and awareness influence it. Additionally, this study aims to compare the situations in Algeria and Morocco and to arrive at positive results that can be used in different experiments. The main objective of this study is to contribute new insights to the field of scientific research.
