دور أدوات التسويق الرقمي في تحقيق التواصل الالكتروني الفعال مع عملاء مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر The Role Of Digital Marketing Tools In Achieving Effective Electronic Communication With Algeria Telecom Clients.

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة أدوات التسويق الرقمي في تحقيق التواصل الإلكتروني الفعال بين مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وبين عملائها، ومعرفة أكثر الأدوات الرقمية مساهمة في تحقيق التواصل الالكتروني الفعال. ولمعرفة ذلك إعتمدنا على استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة حجمها 171 فرد من عملاء مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية الأغواط، حيث تم معالجة 152 استبيان منها، وتحليله بالبرنامج الاحصائيspss 26. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أدوات التسويق الرقمي (مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والموقع الكتروني، البريد الكتروني) تساهم في تحقيق التواصل الالكتروني الفعال مع عملاء مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، وأن التسويق عبر الهاتف -الرسائل القصيرة والتطبيقات الذكية- لا يساهم في تحقيق التواصل الالكتروني الفعال مع عملاء مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which digital marketing tools contribute to effective electronic communication between Algeria telecom company and its clients, as well as to gain knowledge of the most important digital tools that contribute to effective electronic communication. This survey was based on a questionnaire distributed to 171 Algérie Télécom customers in Laghouat. 152 answers were examined and processed by the statistical software spss 26. Unlike telemarketing, the study concluded that digital marketing tools (social networking sites, websites, and email) contribute to effective electronic communication with Algeria Telecom customers (SMS and smart apps).
