الأليات القانونية والدولية لحماية الأطفال اتناء النزاعات المسلحة

Résumé: اهتم المجتمع الدولي بحماية حقوق الإنسان من خلال ترسانة الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية والإقليمية التي ألتزمت بها الدول، ولكنها خصت الطفل بحماية خاصة سواء على مستوى التشريعات الوطنية أو الدولية خاصة زمن النزاعات المسلحة فقد كفل القانون الدولي الإنساني للأطفال حماية خاصة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، فيجب أن يكون الأطفال موضع احترام خاص، لذلك لا بد من تحديد النظام القانوني الخاص للطفل من خلال دراسة مفهوم الطفل من الناحية القانونية في إطار كل من القانون الدولي الإنساني وقانون النزاعات المسلحة. The international community has been concerned with protecting human rights through international and regional conventions and covenants to which states have committed themselves, but which have assigned children special protection, whether at the level of national or international legislation, especially in times of armed conflict. International humanitarian law guarantees children special protection during armed conflicts. Subject to special respect, therefore, it is imperative to define the special legal system for the child by studying the concept of the child from a legal point of view in the framework of both international humanitarian law and the law of armed conflict.
