أثر الملكية الإدارية على السياسات المالية في الشركات المساهمة العامة الأردنية-قطاع البنوك التقليدية خلال الفترة(2019-2023)-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الملكية الإدارية على السياسات المالية (سياسة الرفع المالي، سياسة توزيع الأرباح) باستخدام عينة من 11 بنك مدرج في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة(2019-2023)، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من أجل توضيح المفاهيم النظرية للملكية الإدارية والسياسات المالية، والمنهج القياسي من خلال تحليل البيانات بالاستعانة ببرنامج STATA 15. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للملكية الإدارية على مستوى الرفع المالي وعلى سياسة توزيع الأرباح في البنوك عينة الدراسة. كما توصلت أيضا إلى وجود أثر سلبي لسياسة توزيع الأرباح على الرفع المالي الذي كان له أثر سلبي أيضا على سياسة توزيع الأرباح. This study aims to know the impact of managerial ownership on financial policies(leverage policy, dividend policy) using a sample of 11 banks listed on the Amman Stock Exchange during the period(2019-2023).The descriptive approach was used to clarify the theoretical concepts of administrative ownership and financial policies, and the standard approach was used by analysing the data using the STATA 15 program. The study found that there was no statistically significant effect of managerial ownership on the level of financial leverage and on the dividend distribution policy in the banks sample of the study. It also found a negative impact of the dividend policy on financial leverage, which also had a negative impact on the dividend policy.
