تحديات تطبيق الأنظمة الذكية بصندوق رعاية النشء والشباب والرياضة في الجمهورية اليمنية والحلول المقترحة والتوجهات المستقبلية

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على تحديات تطبيق الأنظمة الذكية بصندوق رعاية النشء والشباب والرياضة في الجمهورية اليمنية والحلول المقترحة والتوجهات المستقبلية لتطبيقها، ومعرفة الفروق حولها تبعاً لمتغيرات البحث، واستخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، على عينة قوامها (92) موظف وموظفة، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن محور تحديات تطبيق الأنظمة الذكية، ومحور الحلول المقترحة لتطبيق الأنظمة الذكية، ومحور التوجهات المستقبلية لتطبيق الأنظمة الذكية قد حصلت على مستوى وتقييم عالي، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حسب متغيرات البحث. وجاءت توصيات البحث بضرورة توفير برامج تدريبية مناسبة ومستمرة للموظفين لتزويدهم بالمعرفة والمهارات اللازمة للتعامل مع الأنظمة المتقدمة، وتعزيز التعاون بين الإدارات المختلفة لمشاركة المعرفة والخبرات المتعلقة بتطبيق الأنظمة الذكية، مع وضع خطط استراتيجية لذلك، وتخصيص الموارد المالية المناسبة، ومتابعة التطورات التكنولوجية لضمان توافق الأنظمة مع الاتجاهات الحديثة The research aims to identify the challenges of applying smart systems in the Fund for the Care of Youth, Youth and Sports in the Republic of Yemen, the proposed solutions and future directions for their application, and to know the differences around them according to the variables of the research, and the researcher's use of the descriptive approach in the survey method for its suitability to the nature of the research, on a sample of (92) male and female employees, and the results of the research showed that the axis of the challenges of applying smart systems, the axis of the proposed solutions for the application of smart systems, and the axis of future directions for the application of smart systems have obtained a high level and evaluation, and that there are no Statistically significant differences according to research variables. The recommendations of the research came with the need to provide appropriate and continuous training programs for employees to provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to deal with advanced systems, and to enhance cooperation between different departments to share knowledge and experiences related to the application of smart systems, with the development of strategic plans for this, the allocation of appropriate financial resources, and follow-up technological developments to ensure the compatibility of systems with modern trends
