Résumé: ملخص: انتهج الرومان سياسة الرومنة في هيمنتهم على بلاد المغرب القديم حيث خلقوا فئة موالية للسلطة الرومانية، إلا أن هؤلاء أصبحوا خدما لبلدهم ومنطقتهم، فبعد الترقي في المناصب الإدارية قاموا بتشييد المرافق لمصلحة بلدياتهم، وهذا ما يظهر في نقائش العديد من المدن الإفريقية ومن بينها مدينة ديانا فيتيرانوروم، التي وصلتنا منها نقائش تتحدث عن بعض النخب الإدارية المحلية ومساهمتها في بناء وتشييد المدينة ودورها في مختلف الأنشطة على الصعيد المحلي وهو ما سنحاول التطرق اليه في هذه الورقة العلمية. Abstract: The Romans followed the Romanization policy in their domination of the ancient Maghreb, where they created a class loyal to the Roman authority, but these became servants their region, from which we have received texts that talk about some of the local administrative elites and their contribution to building and constructing the city and their role in various activities at the local level, which we will try to delve in this scientific paper.
