دور وسطاء إدارة المعرفة المالية في دعم التوجه الريادي لأصحاب المشاريع دراسة ميدانية للموظفين في هيئات الدعم والمرافقة بأدرار

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور وسطاء إدارة المعرفة المالية في دعم التوجه الريادي لأصحاب المشاريع، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات عن عينة الدراسة المُكونة من (54) موظف بهيئات الدعم والمرافقة في ولاية أدرار، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية للاستبيانات عن طريق برنامج spss v26. وتظهر النتائج أن أنشطة وسطاء إدارة المعرفة المالية تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على التوجه الريادي لأصحاب المشاريع. ويوصي البحث بضرورة قيام مدراء هيئات الدعم والمرافقة بتعزيز مفاهيم التوجه الريادي لدى الموظفين من خلال عملية التكوين بالشراكة مع الخبراء في مجال إدارة الأعمال. The purpose of This paper is to identify the role of financial knowledge management intermediaries in supporting the entrepreneurial orientation of project owners, and to achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire tool was used to collect information about the study sample consisting of (54) employees of support and escort agencies in the state of Adrar, and the questionnaires were statistically processed through a program spss v26. The results show that the activities of financial knowledge management intermediaries positively affect the entrepreneurial orientation of entrepreneurs. The research recommends the necessity for managers of support and escort bodies to enhance the concepts of entrepreneurial orientation among employees through the training process in partnership with experts in the field of business administration.
