Résumé: This research is about :"Jurisprudence judgments for the Electronic Exchange and studying virtual currency case by taking the bitcoin an example", It deals with the statement of the jurisprudential provisions relating to the conduct of exchange of gold, silver and various currencies through the means of modern communication, which is most commonly known as the modern global network of communication, or the so-called Internet with the reality of encrypted virtual currencies and governance and legal guidance. This research was divided into an introduction, three topics, and a conclusion. The first topic dealt with the contract of exchange in Islamic jurisprudence, its legitimacy, its rules and its general and special conditions. The second section deals with the truth about the electronic e-payment, its advantages and types, directly from it; such as through the means of communication that convey the word or convey the written or the exchange through means of payment of the electronic price and electronic money, or indirectly, such as through the stock exchange and electronic trading platforms, The type and extent of its response to the provisions of Sharia. The third section deals with the reality of the Bitcoin and the encrypted virtual currencies, indicating the nature of money in the Islamic jurisprudence, to save in the last to the adjustment of the jurisprudence of these currencies and governance and guidance to them. This research found that many of the direct e-forms of e-banking, or that are carried out across the stock exchange, do not comply with the terms and conditions of legitimate exchange.
