Requirements In The Algerian Economy Sukukapplication
Résumé: This study come to shed light on the requirements to apply Sukukin the Algerian economy. It began to define these new financial instruments, discussed the developments in sukuk markets in the world and its increasing economic importance in the modern economies. Then, it pointed to theInstitutional requirements to utilize Sukuk,such as the development of the Algiers Stock Exchange and the creation of the supervision and control body, the establishment of a Central Shari'aSupervisory Board, as well as the provision of regulatory and legal framework that aimed at creating an appropriate environment which attract companies and investors to deal with Sukuk in the Algerian economy.جاءت هذه الدراسة لتلقي الضوء على متطلبات تطبيق وإدراج الصكوك الإسلامية في الاقتصاد الجزائري، فبدأت بالتعريف بهذه الأدوات المالية الجديدة؛ وتطورات أسواقها على المستوى العالمي والأهمية الاقتصادية المتزايدة لها في الاقتصاديات المعاصرة، ثم تطرقت إلى المتطلبات المؤسسية اللازمة للتعامل بالصكوك؛ كتطوير بورصة الجزائر وإيجاد هيئة الإشراف والرقابة على الصكوك، وتأسيس هيئة مركزية للرقابة الشرعية، وهذا بالإضافة إلى توفير المتطلبات والشروط التنظيمية والقانونية التي تستهدف إيجاد بيئة مناسبة؛ جاذبة للشركات وللمستثمرين للتعامل بالصكوك الإسلامية في الاقتصاد الجزائري.
