مساهمة رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة لمنظمات الأعمال دراسة حالة مؤسسة موبيليس

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مساهمة رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده (رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي، رأس المال العلائقي) في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة لمنظمات الأعمال وهذا من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة موبيليس. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة قدرها 65 مفردة. ومن خلال تحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) اصدار 26، خلصت الدراسة الى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لرأس المال الفكري بمختلف أبعاده في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة بمؤسسة موبيليس. This study aimed to identify the contribution of intellectual capital through its dimensions (human capital, structural capital, relational capital) in achieving sustainable competitive advantage for business organizations by studding the case of Mobilis Corporation. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was used, where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 65 individuals. In addition, through analyzing results by using the 26th version of statistical package for social science (spss), the study concluded that there is a significant statistical impact of intellectual capital in its dimensions in achieving sustainable competitive advantage in Mobilis Corporation
