Résumé: ملخص البحث: يكمن مضمون البحث في دراسة قاعدة: (التأسِيس أولى من التأكِيد) من خلال إعمال وإهمال الإمام الآلوسي (1270هـ) ـ رحمه الله ـ لها في تسع عشرة مرَّة، في تفسيره: (رُوح المعاني في تفسير القرآن العظيم والسَّبعِ المثَاني)؛ إذ يُعَدُّ من المفسرين الذين استخدموا هذه القاعدة في تفسيرهم، ورجَّحوا الأقوال التفسيرية على ضوئها. ويتبنى البحث المنهج الانتقائي؛ من خلال انتقاء المواضع التي أعمل أو أهمل فيها الآلوسي هذه القاعدة في تفسيره، ثم دراسة تطبيقاتها وبيان أثر هذه القاعدة في الأقوال التفسيرية. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث حرص الآلوسي ومن خلال هذه القاعدة على اكتشاف معان جديدة هي أليق وأبلغ بحال الآية الكريمة، كما أنه احتاج لإثبات هذه القاعدة إلى قرائن، منها: لغوية، أصولية، وما يتعلق بعلوم القرآن كأسباب النزول وغيره، وقد ثبَت الآلوسي في النماذج الاثني عشر (12) المختارة على منهجية واحدة سار عليها في إعمال هذه القاعدة ثمان (8) مرات، كما أنه أهملها أربع مرات (4) وهذا ملحَظ دقيق تميّز به الآلوسي عن غيره؛ إذ يذكر القاعدة ولكنه لا يعمَل بها، وسواء أعمَل أو أهمَل هذه القاعدة فإن ذلك أثَّر تأثيرًا كبيرًا في أقوال التفسير التي ساقها لبيان معاني الآيات وتفسيرها. :Abstract The content of this research lies in the study of the rule: (establishment precedes emphasis) through its application and the abstention from its application by Imām Al-Alūsī (1270AH) - may Allah have mercy on him. This rule is mentioned nineteen (19) times in his exegesis: (The Spirit of Meanings in the Exegesis of the Great Qur’an and the Seven Repetitions); thus, he is considered from among the exegetes who used this rule in their exegeses and would give preponderance to the exegetical opinions in light of it. This research adopts a selective methodology; through the selection of the places in which Al-Alūsī applied this rule or abstained from its application in his exegesis, and then through the study of the applications of this rule and the clarification of its impact on exegetical opinions. The most prominent findings of this research include Al-Alūsī’s keenness - through this rule - to uncover new meanings that are more appropriate for and informative of the status of the noble verse, his need to prove this rule using evidence - including: linguistic, and foundational evidences, as well as that which is related to the sciences of the Qur’an like the reasons for the revelation and others-, and Al-Alūsī’s application of this rule eight (8) times and abstinence from it four (4) times in the twelve (12) selected models in which he adhered to one methodology. This is an accurate observation that distinguished Al-Alūsī from others as he would mention the rule but not act upon it. Regardless of whether he applied this rule, it had a great impact on the exegetical opinions he formed to clarify the meanings and interpretation of the verses.
