انعكاسات التغييرات في المناهج التربوية على مردود الاستاذ

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن انعكاسات المناهج التربوية على مردود الأستاذ ولهذا الغرض انطلقت دراستنا هذه من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: هل للتغيرات في المناهج التربوية انعكاسات على مردود الأستاذ؟ وقد تفرع عن هذا التساؤل مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية تمثلت فيما يلي: - هل تؤثر كثافة المنهج الدراسي على المردود التربوي للأستاذ؟ - هل يؤثر التغير في المواضيع على المردود التربوي للأستاذ؟ - هل تؤثر زيادة الحجم الساعي على المردود التربوي للأستاذ؟ وقد اعتمدت في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي نظرا لتماشيه مع موضوع الدراسة مع الاستعانة بمجموعة من التقنيات البحثية للحصول على المعطيات الميدانية حيث كان من أبرزها الاستبيان، وقد طبق على عينة الدراسة بطريقة قصديه وقد احتوى على 26 بندا وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة أساتذة التعليم المتوسط وقدرت عينة الدراسة ب 35 أستاذ في متوسطات بلدية ورماس ولاية الوادي، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - تحقق الفرضية الأولى: تؤثر كثافة المنهج الدراسي على المردود التربوي للأستاذ. - تحقق الفرضية الثانية: يؤثر التغير في المواضيع على المردود التربوي للأستاذ. - تحقق الفرضية الثالثة: تؤثر زيادة الحجم الساعي على المردود التربوي للأستاذ. Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية The aim of this study was to reveal the implications of the educational curricula on the teacher's earnings. For this purpose, our study started from the following main question: Do the changes in the educational curricula have repercussions on the teacher's return? A number of sub-questions have emerged from this question: - Does the intensity of the curriculum affect the educational return of the professor? - Does the change in the topics affect the educational return of the professor? - Does increasing the size of the courier affect the educational return of the professor? In this study, the descriptive approach was adopted in line with the subject of the study, using a set of research techniques to obtain field data. The most important of these was the questionnaire. It was applied to the sample of the study in a deliberate manner. It consisted of 26 items. With 35 teachers in the average of the Municipality of Ramas and the Wilayat of the valley. This study reached the following results: - Achieve the first hypothesis: The intensity of the curriculum affects the educational return of the professor - Check the second hypothesis: The change in the topics affects the educational return of the professor. - Achieve the third hypothesis: The increase in the size of the courier affect the educational return of the professor.
