تقييم نشاط الذكاء الاقتصادي في سياق تحقيق أهداف منظمات الأعمال

Résumé: الذكاء الاقتصادي كما يتفق عليه العديد من الباحثين هو مجموع الأعمال المرتبطة بالبحث، المعالجة والنشر؛ بغرض الاستغلال للمعلومة المفيدة للأعوان الاقتصاديين. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طرق تقييم نشاط الذكاء الاقتصادي في منظمات الأعمال في سياق تحقيق أهدافها، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحثان بجمع البيانات اللازمة عن طريق مصادر مختلفة كالكتب والأبحاث العلمية والانترنت ومن تم تحليلها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج هي: • يساهم الذكاء الاقتصادي في تحقيق أهداف منظمات الأعمال، لدا لابد من تفعيل دوره؛ • يعتبر الذكاء الاقتصادي كاستثمار بالنسبة لمنظمات الأعمال، لدا يجب قياس العائد على تكاليفه؛ • يوجد العديد من الطرق التي يمكن من خلالها تقييم نشاط الذكاء الاقتصادي لمنظمات الأعمال في سياق تحقيق أهدافها منها: تحليل مساهمة الذكاء الاقتصادي في سيرورة تحقيق أهداف منظمات الأعمال، قياس العائد على الاستثمار، الارتباط والأثر الموجودين بين تكاليف الذكاء الاقتصادي ونتائج منظمات الأعمال. الكلمات المفتاحية: أهداف منظمات الأعمال، تقييم نشاط الذكاء الاقتصادي، ذكاء اقتصادي، معلومة مفيدة، منظمات الأعمال. Abstract : Economic intelligence as agreed upon by many researchers is the sum of the work associated with research, processing and publishing; for the purpose of exploiting the useful information for economic agents. The aim of this study was to identify the methods of evaluating the activity of economic intelligence in business organizations in the context of achieving their objectives. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers collected the necessary data through different sources such as books, scientific researches, Internet and then analyzed them. The study concluded a number of results: • Economic intelligence contributes to the achievement of the objectives of business organizations, so that its role must be activated; • Economic intelligence as an investment for business organizations so that its of return on costs must be measured; • There are many ways in which the economic intelligence activity can be assessed for business organizations in the context of achieving their objectives: Analysis of the contribution of economic intelligence in the process of achieving the goals of business organizations, measuring the return on investment, the correlation and impact between the costs of economic intelligence and the results of business organizations. key words: Objectives of business organizations, assessment of economic intelligence activity, economic intelligence, useful information, business organizations JEL: Classification: M1, C1.
