النكتة وتداعياتها في كتاب المتسطرف في كل فن مستظرف الأبشيهي

Résumé: Summary A joke is a form of popular literature. It is a short, sarcastic story that inspires laughter and fun. Its topics vary between political, social, and religious. The joke usually criticizes these topics with harsh criticism in a funny, humorous form that has been passed down through the generations and thus gained a place in local and international literature by observing examples. Different, as stated in the book Al-Mustadrif fi Kul Fan Al-Mustadharif by Shihab Al-Din Al-Abshihi, who detailed in the seventy-fifth chapter on joking and the seventy-sixth chapter on anecdotes, where he established in joking its legitimacy in Islamic jurisprudence and searched for its ruling and controls that were established and the anecdotes that it included. It was diverse in its cultural, social, religious, educational and humorous diversity ملخص: النكتة هي شكل من أشكال الأدب الشعبي , وهي قصة قصيرة ساخرة تبعث على الضحك والمرح تعددت مواضيعها بين ما هو سياسي واجتماعي وديني وعادة ما تنتقد النكتة هذه المواضيع نقدا لاذعا في قالب فكاهي طريف تناقل عبر الأجيال ونالت بذلك مكانا في الأدب المحلي والعالمي عن طريق رصد نماذج مختلفة , فيما جاء في كتاب المستطرف في كل فن مستظرف لشهاب الدين الأبشيهي الذي فصل في الباب الخامس و السبعون عن المزاح الباب السادس و السبعون عن النوادر حيث قام بتأصيل في المزاح مشروعيته في الفقه الإسلامي و البحث عن حكمه و ضوابطه التي وضعت و النوادر التي اشتملت وتنوعت بتنوعها الثقافي الاجتماعي و الديني و التعليمي والفكاهي
