"الإسعافات الأولية للأطفال أثناء مواقف الأزمة وسبل تحقيق الصحة النفسية"

Résumé: من خلال الدراسة الميدانية الحالية نحاول عرض مدى أهمية التكفل النفسي بالأطفال المصدومين نفسيا، من أجل صحة نفسية أفضل وذلك من خلال تقديم الإسعافات الأولية أثناء موقف الأزمة. جاءت الدراسة مقسمة إلى جانبين: الجانب الأول نظري، بحيث تناولنا فيه المفاهــيم الأسـاسية للبحث والمتمــثلة فيما يلي: الطفـولة، موقف الأزمة، الإسعافات الأولية التي يمكن أن يقدمها المختــص النفســـاني في مـــثل هذه المواقف للضحية الطفل في سبيل النمو السليم و الوقاية من الأمراض النفسية والعضوية، لنتطرق في الأخير إلى مفهوم الصـحة النفسية، ومـــن ثم طــرح تسال عام وفرضية عامة للدراسة. أما الجانب الثاني وهو الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم التطرق فيه إلى منهجية الدراسة، عينة الدراسة، أدوات الــدراسة، ثم عرض و مناقشة نتائج الدراسة في ظل الدراسات السابقة، لنختم باستنتاج عام مبرزين فيه مدى أهمية الإسعافات الأولية في تقليص الأعراض النفسية لدي الطفل المصدوم. I tried from this current study to show the importance of the psychological care of psychologically traumatized children, in order to improve their psychological health, providing first aid during the crisis situation. The study was divided into two parts: The first theoretical part, from where I addressed the basic concepts of research which are as follows: Childhood, crisis situation, first aid that can be provided by the psychologist for the victim child in such situations for healthy growth and prevention of psychological and organic illnesses. To begin then the notion of psychological health. And lastly, a questioning and a general hypothesis. In the second part which is the practical part, I touched the methodology, the sample, and the tools of the study. To discuss the results of the study in the light of previous studies. In conclusion I noted the importance of first aid in the reduction of the psychological symptoms in the traumatized child.
