Résumé: This systematic review aims to discuss what has been published regarding the effect of organic extraction solvents on the chemical composition, biological activity and toxicity of Pergularia tomentosaL., Asclepiadaceae.Three search engines were consulted (Googlescholar, Pubmed and Sciencedirect) for the extraction of studies. The selection was carried out by a screening in three steps (by title, abstract and article) according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After assessing their quality, the systematic review was limited to articles of a strong and correct level, which were represented by 9 articles used for the extraction of relevant data.The polar extracts and fractions of P. tomentosa L. were found to have the highest antioxidant and anti-bacterial activity compared to non-polar extracts with limited or no activity. Regarding the antifungal activity, the results of the non-polar extracts were different because the hexane extracts demonstrated a higher inhibitory capacity than the polar extracts. the chemical composition of the extracts was affected qualitatively and quantitatively by the solvents used. It should be noted that among the nine articles included in this systematic review, no study examined the effect of the solvents used during the extraction on the toxicity of P. tomentosaL.Knowing the effect of the extraction solvent on the biological activity and / or the chemical composition of thisplant can be exploited in various fields such as industry, agriculture and others in order to select extracts endowed with predefined properties, which contributes to a shortertime and more materialeconomy. هدفت هذه الدراسة المنهجية لمراجعة و مناقشة ما نشر سابقا بخصوص مدى تأثير المذيبات العضوية المستخدمة في الاستخلاص على التركيب الكيميائي ،النشاطيةالبيولوجيوكذاسمية نباتPergularia tomentosa L.Asclepiadaceae.تم البحث في ثلاث محركات (Googlescholar, Pubmed, Sciencedirect)ثم استخراجالمراجع وانتقاء الدراسات ذات الصلةمن خلالالغربلة بشتى مراحلها (حسب العنوان، ملخص والمقال) وذلك حسب معايير التضمين والاستبعاد. بعد تقييم جودة المراجع اقتصرت الدراسة على المقالات ذات المستوى القوى و الصحيح و التي تمثلت في 09مقالاتتماستخلاصالبيانات منها .و جد ان مستخلصات ومجزات المذيبات القطبيةلP. tomentosa L. كانت لها نشاطية مضادة للأكسدة وللبكتيريا اعلى مقارنة بتلك المستخلصة بالمذيبات غير القطبية التي كانت نشاطيتها محدودة الى منعدمة اما بالنسبة للنشاطية المضادة للفطريات فقد كانت نتائج المستخلصات الغير القطبية كانت مختلفة حيث اثبتت مستخلصات الهكسان قدرة على تثبيط اعلى حتى من المستخلصات القطبية المستعملة. اثرت المذيبات المستخدمة خلال الاستخلاص على التركيب الكيميائي نوعا وكما.يجدر الإشارة ان من بين المقالات التسع التي شملتها هذه الدراسة المنهجية لا توجد دراسة تناولت تأثير المذيبات المستخدمة خلال الاستخلاص على سمية نبتةP. tomentosaL.معرفة تأثيرالمذيب المسخدم خلال الاستخلاص على نشاطية بيولوجية و/او تركيبة الكيميائية لنبتة يمكن استغلاله في شتى المجالات كالصناعة، الزراعة وغيرها من اجل انتقاء مستخلصات ذات خصائص معرفة مسبقا ممايساهم في اختصار للوقت و اقتصاد للمواد
