Etude De L’efficacité D’argiles Entrant Dans La Fabrication Des Boues De Forage Pétrolier

Résumé: Clay materials are of interest in various industrial areas, including clays used in oil drilling in general, such as micas and montmorillonites, bentonite, and the basic mineral barite Al2O3. 3SiO2 (Ca+2, Mg+2, Na+2, K+1) nH2O, they are of fine structure and high plasticity, include all phylosilicates as well as species of a structure quite similar to phylosilicates but of different physical-chemical characteristics. The mixture of these materials after processing is used in oil and gas drilling mud which requires adequate and resistant quality or hydraulic and oil operation to have an efficient efficiency. The work envisaged for this thesis is to study the influence of several parameters according to time on the quality and physical-chemical properties of several clays that goes into the manufacture of drilling sludge, which has led us to determined the different properties and characteristics as well as the effect of several impacts on profitability by rheological analyses such as , viscosity, filter, swelling index, pH, humidity, dosing effect of reagents, effect of temperature, effect of drying ...
