تجربة تعريب التعليم الأساسي في الجزائر -نظرة نقدية-

Résumé: كان للأسس الثلاثة ( الفرنسية، التنصير، الاندماج ) التي بنيت عليها السياسة التربوية الاستعمارية في الجزائر أثر بالغ على اللغة العربية والعقيدة الإسلامية، إذ مارست من خلال منظومة تربوية وشبكة من المدارس، التشويه والتشكيك في الانتماء العربي الإسلامي للشعب الجزائري طيلة الغزو الثقافي الذي يعود في التاريخ الاستعماري الفرنسي للجزائر، وعلى الرغم من الرد الحضاري العنيف لجمعية العلماء المسلمين على هذه السياسة بإنشاء منظومة تربوية موازية مقاومة للخطة الثقافية الاستعمارية، والتي ولدت جيلاً هو الأكثر مقاومة للاستعمار بمفهومه الثقافي، إلا أن اللغة العربية في الجزائر منذ الاستقلال بقيت تعاني من آثار الثقافة الفرنسية، والمتجلى أساساً في الميراث النفسي والفكري والتشريعي الثقيل الذي صاحب بداية سنوات الاستقلال. على أن مفهوم التعريب في الجزائر من المفاهيم التي أفرزتها المشكلة الثقافية، وتباينت حوله الآراء، وتعرض لإسقاط أيديولوجي دوغمائي في كل المناقشات الوطنية. The foundations (French, Christianization, integration) on which the colonial educational policy was based in Algeria have had a profound impact on the Arabic language and the Islamic faith. Through an educational system, it has distorted and questioned the Arab-Islamic affiliation of the Algerian people throughout the cultural invasion despite the great cultural response of the Association of Muslim Scholars to this policy by establishing a parallel educational system resistant to the colonial cultural plan. Arabism in Algeria since independence has been affected by the effects of French culture, and was reflected mainly in the psychological and intellectual and legislative inheritance that accompanied the first years of independence. However, the concept of Arabization in Algeria is one of the concepts that have emerged from the cultural problem, and has varied opinions and has been subjected to the overthrow of a dogmatic ideology in all national debates.
