قراءة في نص المادة 715 مكرر 123 من المرسوم التشريعي 93-08

Résumé: رصد المشرع الجزائري ضمن المرسوم التشريعي 93-08 المؤرخ في 25 أفريل سنة 1993 المعدل والمتمم للأمر 75-59 المؤرخ في 26 سبتمبر سنة 1975 المتضمن القانون التجاري مادة قانونية تناول من خلالها المبادئ التي تحكم عمليات قانونية مهمة يُقدم عليها خلال مراحل مختلفة من حياة الشركة لاسيما مرحلة الإكتتاب في الأدوات المالية التي تطرحها أثناء مرحلة تأسيسها أو مرحلة الزيادة في رأسمالها والتي ضبطها بالعديد من الشروط من بينها تنازل المساهمين القدامى عن حق الأولوية المخول لهم .
