نظام الحوافز و علاقته بالرضا الوظيفي

Résumé: الملخص : يعتبر التحفيز من أهم الممارسات الإدارية لما له من تأثير على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين وفي هذه الدراسة التي هدفت إلى معالجة موضوع نظام الحوافز و أثره على الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين تطرقنا إلى مفهوم و أهمية وأهداف وأنواع الحوافز و العوامل المؤثرة فيه و شروط إنجاح نظام الحوافز، ثم تطرقنا إلى أهم مفاهيم الرضا الوظيفي و أهميته و العوامل المؤثرة فيه و أبعاده و مؤشراته و خصائصه، و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن لنظام الحوافز أثر عن الرضا الوظيفي و ذالك بتلبية حاجات الفرد ورغباته و هي التي تحدد النظام الذي يجب إتباعه في المؤسسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوافز، الرضا الوظيفي، المؤسسة، عمال سونالغاز، المكافآت، الأجور، الخدمة الاجتماعية، نمط الإشراف، التشجيع. summary Study: Motivation is one of the most important administrative practices because of its impact on the level of job satisfaction for employees. In this study, which focused to process the issue of the incentive system and its impact on the jobs satisfaction of employees, we touched on the concept, importance, objectives, types of incentives, factors affecting it, and conditions for the success of the incentive system. We touched on the most important concepts of job satisfaction, its importance, factors affecting it, its dimensions, indicators and characteristics, and the study concluded that the incentive system has an impact on job satisfaction by meeting the individual's needs and desires, which determines the system that must be followed in the institution.
