استخلاص وتشخيص السليلوز من بعض المخلفات النباتية : قشور البازلاء والفول السوداني

Résumé: The aim of this study is to evaluate the residues of the husks (peas peel and peanuts peel), and to find local substitutes for the raw materials by recycling and using their components as a renewable wealth. Non-cellulosic), the yield of pea peels was (12.81%) as for the peanut shells (15.30%), after that it was diagnosed with an infrared spectrum (FT-IR) during the most important stages of treatment in order to track its purity by tracking the various chemical functions that revealed its absence. Non-cellulosic materials, a scanning electron microscope (MEB) to monitor the structural (morphological) properties of the samples, a technique for chemical spectroscopy (EDS) to determine the chemical elements, and all of these tests indicated that the chemical treatment used was effective in removing the non-cellulosic compounds for each of them. تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تثمين المخلفات لقشور ( البازلاء والفول السوداني )، ولإيجاد بدائل محلية للمواد الاولية وذلك بإعادة تدوير واستعمال مكوناتها كثروة متجددة، في هذا العمل استخدمنا هذه المخلفات كمصدر لا نتاج السليلوز، فتم استخلاصه عن طريق المعالجة الكيميائية ذلك بنزع كل المواد الغير سليلوزية (non-cellulosique) فكان مردود قشور البازلاء (12.81%) أما قشور الفول السوداني (15.30%)، بعد ذلك تم تشخيصه بطيف الأشعة تحت الحمراء (FT-IR) خلال أهم مراحل العلاج من اجل تتبع نقاوته بتتبع الوظائف الكيميائية المختلفة التي وضحت غياب وظائف المواد الغير سليلوزية، المجهر الالكتروني الماسح (MEB) من اجل مراقبة الخصائص البنيوية (المورفولوجية) للعينات، تقنية التحليل الكيميائي الطيفي (EDS) لتحديد العناصر الكيميائية، ولقد اشارت كل هذي الفحوصات إلى أن المعالجة الكيميائية المستخدمة كانت فعالة في إزالة المركبات الغير سلولوزية لكل منهما.
