معركة إيفيان بين إنهاء حرب التحرير وإعادة بناء الدولة الجزائرية

Résumé: يعتقد الكثيرون بأن المفاوضات الجزائرية الفرنسية خلال المرحلة الأخيرة من عمر الثورة التحريرية والتي انتهت بالتوقيع على اتفاقيات إيفيان ما هي إلا مهمة سياسية ديبلوماسية قام بها الوفد الجزائري المفاوض على مدار سنتين كاملتين من عمر الثورة وكان ملزم بموجبها على توقيع اتفاقيات تعيد الاستقلال للجزائر وتضمن سيادتها في المستقبل بعلاقات ندية مع جميع الدول ، إلا أن الدراسة العميقة لهذا الملف خلصت إلى أن المعركة الجديدة التي عاشتها الثورة لا تقل خطورة وضراوة عن معركة السلاح ، لذلك فإن نجاحها يتوقف على ما تم تجنيده من إمكانيات مادية وبشرية من طرف جميع الفاعلين. Many believe that the Algerian-French negotiations during the last phase of the liberation revolution, which ended with the signing of the Evian Accords, is nothing but a political-diplomatic mission undertaken by the Algerian negotiating delegation over the course of two full years of the revolution’s life, and according to which it was obligated to sign agreements that restore Algeria’s independence and guarantee its sovereignty in the future. We have equal relations with all countries, but the deep study of this file has proven that the new battle experienced by the revolution is no less dangerous and ferocious than the battle of arms, so its success depends on the material and human capabilities recruited by all actors.
