حماية الملكية الفكرية لحقوق المؤلف للمصنفات الرقمية -قراءة في المدلول وسبل الحماية

Résumé: بعد أن كانت حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمؤلف بكافة أنواعها مرتبطة بالجانب التقليدي فقط،إلا أن ثورة المعلومات والإتصال وتطور التكنولوجيا ألقت بظلالها، لتدفع نحو تبني حماية الملكية الفكرية للمؤلف عن المصنفات الرقمية حتى لا تبقى عرضة للإعتداء، لذلك تركز الدراسة على الجوانب التي يتم حمايتها للمؤلف عن هذه المصنفات في البيئة الرقمية حيث تشتمل هذه المصنفات لعدة تقسيمات منها ما هو مرتبط بالحاسب الآلي وبرامجه،وقواعد بيانات وطبوغرافيا الدوائر المتكاملة،وأخرى مرتبطة بشبكة الانترنت ووسائطها المتعددة،لنقف على الحماية الدولية لهذه الحقوق من طرف المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية.
