مساهمة الجامعة في دعم الإبتكار لخلق المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر _دراسة حالة دار المقاولاتية بجامعة غليزان_

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مساهمة الجامعة الجزائرية في دعم الإبتكار لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، من أجل خلق مؤسساتهم الناشئة. وذلك من خلال دور المقاولاتية التابعة للوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية ( ANADE) والمتواجدة بأغلب مؤسسات التعليم العالي. وسنتطرق من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى دار المقاولاتية بجامعة أحمد زبانة بغليزان كنموذج لذلك، من خلال التعريج على نشاطاتها القائمة على تكوين الطلبة أصحاب الأفكار المبتكرة والإبداعية. بالإضافة إلى تقييم أدائها خلال الفترة (2019_2021)، من خلال إحصاء الطلبة المسجلين والمتخرجين منها. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات أبرزها أن الجامعة كفيلة بتعزيز التفكير الإبتكاري والتوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، ما يؤهلهم لإنشاء مؤسساتهم الناشئة. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the contribution of the Algerian University in supporting innovation among university students in order to establish their start-up companies, through the leading role of the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship (ANADE), which is present in most Algerian universities. In this study, we will look at the Contracting House at Ahmed Zabana University in Relizane as a model, by explaining its activities based on training students with creative and innovative ideas, in addition to evaluating its performance during the period (2019- 2021) by counting registered and graduates. This study concluded with a set of findings and recommendations, most notably that the university is capable of promoting innovative thinking and entrepreneurial orientation among university students, which qualifies them to establish their own start-up companies.
