واقع وتحديات الصيرفة الالكترونية في الجزائر

Résumé: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على مختلف عمليات الصيرفة الالكترونية في الجزائر وما تواجهه من التحديات بالرغم من المجهودات التي تقوم بها الدولة من خلال منح فرص امام البنوك للارتقاء الى مستوى المنافسة العالمية. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ضرورة توفير موارد بشرية مؤهلة للاستثمار في التقنية المصرفية من خلال ضمان امن وسلامة المعاملات المصرفية الالكترونية، الامر الذي سيدفع الى التوجه نحو بيئة تعاملات الكترونية آمنة وفاعلة وكذا سرعة التنفيذ في المعاملات المالية والبنكية من خلال وسائل الدفع الالكترونية على مدار الساعة الذي يؤدي الى ربح الجهد والوقت بالنسبة للعميل والبنك. The research aims to identify the various electronic banking operations in Algeria and the challenges it faces despite the efforts made by the state by providing opportunities for banks to rise to the level of global competition. The study found the need to provide qualified human resources to invest in banking technology by ensuring the security and safety of electronic banking transactions, which will push towards a safe and effective electronic transaction environment, as well as the speed of implementation in financial and banking transactions through electronic payment methods around the clock. It leads to a profit of effort and time for the client and the bank.
