Résumé: الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على دور عناصر نظام المعلومات المحاسبية في تدعيم الممارسة الجيدة لحوكمة الشركات في بعض المؤسسات العمومية الاقتصادية العاملة في إقليم ولاية سطيف؛ تم تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى جزأين، تم التطرق في الجزء الأول إلى أهم المفاهيم الأساسية التي ترتبط بكل من نظام المعلومات المحاسبية، حوكمة الشركات وكذا العلاقة التي تربطهما. أما الجزء الثاني فقد خصص للدراسة الميدانية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود عدة معوقات تقف كحاجز أمام حوكمة نظام المعلومات المحاسبية الخاص بأغلب المؤسسات المعنية بالدراسة، ومن ثمة توصلنا إلى نتيجة عامة مفادها ضعف فاعلية العناصر المكونة لنظام المعلومات المحاسبية في تحقيق متطلبات حوكمة الشركات في هذه الفئة من المؤسسات Abstract: This study aims to identify the role of the accounting information system in supporting good corporate governance practices in some of the public economic institutions operating in the province of Setif; this study was divided into two parts, the first part was approached on the most important basic concepts related to each of the information systems Accounting, corporate governance and the relation between them. the study revealed that there are several obstacles which hinder the governance of the accounting information system for most of the institutions involved in the study, we reached a general conclusion that the components of the accounting information system are ineffective in achieving corporate governance requirements in this category of institutions.
