Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر الممارسات الادارية لصاحب الشركة على التعثر المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ذلك من خلال تحليل البيانات المالية لشركة SARL XTREEM TEX محل الدراسة للفترة الممتدة من 2015-2018 باستخدام أحد نماذج التنبؤ الخاص بالتعثر المالي، وإظهار السبب الرئيسي للتعثر والمتمثل في سوء التسيير وعدم كفاءة صاحب المشروع في التخطيط المسبق لمواجهة التعثر قبل حدوثه. This study aims to highlight the impact of the management practices of the owner of the company on the financial distress of small and medium enterprises, through the analysis of the financial statements of the company SARL XTREEM TEX under study for the period from 2015-2018 using one of the prediction models for financial distress, and to show the main cause of distress, which is the bad Management and the inefficiency of the project owner in advance planning to face the distress before it occurs.
