التزام العون الاقتصادي بالفاتورة كوسيلة لضمان شفافية الممارسات التجارية

Résumé: الملخص: استعمل المشرع الفاتورة وسيلة لشفافية الممارسات التجارية، باعتبارها مظهر من مظاهر شفافية المنافسة ووضح مضمونها بالمرسوم التنفيذي رقم 05-468 المحدد لشروط تحرير الفاتورة و كيفيات ذلك، حيث حدد لها فصلا كاملا في أحكامها وشروطها و البيانات التي تتضمنها نظرا لأهميتها في المعاملات الاقتصادية، ولفرض شفافية الممارسات سلط المشرع عقوبات في حال الإخلال بقواعد إلزامية الفاتورة، كما نظم المعاينة المخالفة و متابعتها. Abstract: The legislator used the bill as a means of transparency of commercial practices, as a manifestation of the transparency of competition and clarified its content in the Executive Decree No. 05-468 specifying the conditions for editing the bill and the modalities for that. Practices The legislator has imposed penalties in case of breaching the mandatory rules of the bill, as well as organizing and following up on the violating inspection.
