ابيديميولوجية سرطان القولون والمستقيم في العالم-الوطن العربي والجزائرعلى وجه الخصوص

Résumé: - الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز مستويات انتشار سرطان القولون والمستقيم في العالم وفي بعض الدول العربية وفي الجزائر بالاعتماد على معطيات المنظمة العالمية للصحة. استخدمنا فيه المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي بغرض الإحاطة بالظاهرة المدروسة، حيث توصلنا من خلاله إلى أن هذا المرض ينتشر في كل بقاع العالم، وقارة أوربا هي أكثر القارات تضررا بهذا المرض، وهو يحتل مراتب جد متقدمة بين مختلف السرطانات التي تصيب البشر، ويصيب الجنسين ذكور وإناث دون استثناء ومن مختلف الفئات العمرية، مع تسجيل بعض الفروق من حيث شدة الانتشار سواء على مستوى التوزيع الجغرافي أو على مستوى الجنس وحتى العمر. Abstract: This research aims to highlight the prevalence of colorectal cancer worldwide, in some Arab countries, and in Algeria, based on data from the World Health Organization. We used the descriptive exploratory approach to understand the phenomenon under study. We concluded that this disease is widespread in all parts of the world, with Europe being the continent most affected by the disease. It ranks highly among all cancers affecting humans, affecting both males and females without exception, and across all age groups. However, some differences in prevalence were recorded, whether at the level of geographical distribution, gender, or even age.
