مقارنة بين التمويل المصغر و التمويل الإسلامي المصغر في مكافحة الفقر وتعزيز الشمول المالي على ضوء تجارب وطنية و عالمية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم الفروق بين التمويل المصغر و التمويل الإسلامي المصغر في الواقع العملي، وهذا من خلال إتباع منهج تحليلي مقارن لتجارب رائدة وطنية و عالمية في التمويل المصغر و التمويل الإسلامي المصغر في الواقع المعاش توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التمويل التقليدي الأصغر يتفق و التمويل الإسلامي الأصغر في هدف مساعدة الفقراء، لكن الاختلاف يظهر في الوسيلة و الصيغ التي يتم بها تقديم التمويل، كما أن مؤسسات التمويل الإسلامي المصغر تتميز بإمكانية الاستفادة من رأس المال الاجتماعي المنبثق من القيم الإسلامية للتوصل إلى إدماج الفئات الأكثر فقرا، و هو ما يعزز من قدرتها على تحقيق الشمول المالي و تقديم ابتكارات جديدة. Abstract: This study aims to identify the important differences between microfinance and Islamic microfinance in practice, this by following an analytical and comparative approach to experiments A national and global leader in microfinance and Islamic microfinance in the reality of life. The study concluded that traditional microfinance is compatible with Islamic microfinance with the aim of helping the poor, but the difference appears in the means and formulas in which financing is provided, so Islamic microfinance institutions are characterized by the possibility of benefiting from the help emanating from Islamic values to achieve the integration of the poorest groups, which strengthens their capacity to achieve financial inclusion and to introduce new innovations.
