محددات النية المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين – دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة جامعة سيدي بلعباس

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة محددات النية المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين في الجزائر، حيث أصبحت المقاولاتية مصدر اهتمام العديد من الدول باعتبارها المحرك الرئيسي للنمو الاقتصادي من خلال خلق فرص العمل والثروة، لقد اتفقت العديد من الدراسات السابقة على أنه يمكن تحديد النية المقاولاتية باستخدام نظرية السلوك المخطط بينما رأى البعض الأخر أنه يمكن استخدام نظرية الحدث، بحيث قمنا باستخدام النظريين في دراستنا لنتوصل إلى تحديد ستة متغيرات خارجية متمثلة في السمات الشخصية، المعيار الاجتماعي، الفعالية الذاتية، التعليم و التدريب المقاولاتي وكذا الموقف المقاولاتي، ولتحقيق هذا الغرض قمنا بتوزيع استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات على عينة مكونة من 120 طالب من جامعة سيدي بلعباس، بينما تم تحليل فقط 100 استيبانة صالحة باستخدام النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية وفق منهجية PLS. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لكل من السمات الشخصية والفعالية الذاتية بالإضافة إلى الموقف المقاولاتي على النية المقاولاتية، بينما لم نجد أي أثر معنوي للمعيار الاجتماعي و التعليم والتدريب المقاولاتي على النية المقاولاتية. Abstract: This paper aims to identify the determinants of entrepreneurial intention among Algerian students. so that entrepreneurship has become the source of interest of many countries because it has been considered a key issue of economic growth and development through job creation, revenue generation, and hence wealth creation, Since most literature agreed that entrepreneurial intention can be determined by using Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Event Theory, So that we used the theoreticians in our study to arrive at identifying 6 external variables there are personality traits, social recognition, self-efficacy, training and entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial attitude. To achieve this purpose we used a questionnaire, which was distributed, to about 120 students from the University of Sidi Bel Abbès, while only 100 valid questionnaires were analyzed through Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).the result showed that personality traits, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial attitude had a positive significant effect on entrepreneurial intention and that the effects of social recognition and training and entrepreneurial education are not significant.
