Globalization Authority: Fragmentation Of Self And Disturbance Of Religious Identity From Distortion To Extremism In Amin Ben Batta's Novel "overdrive"

Résumé: Abstract: The pervasive influence of globalization has subtly yet profoundly permeated the political, social, and cultural terrains, thereby impacting religious identity. This research endeavor seeks to unravel the nuanced ramifications and contemporary outcomes on the religious spectrum, especially following a thorough examination of the evolving religious self-perceptions among Jews and Christians, pre and post the alteration of their holy scriptures. Additionally, the study delves into the escalating narratives of violence, extremism, and the repudiation of centrism within the Muslim domain. Our analysis reveals that the global dominion, termed "globalization," strategically orchestrates the consolidation and transformation of religious identities to resonate with the global ideological ethos. This orchestration involves the metamorphosis of monotheistic religions into simplified belief systems, albeit preserving the esteemed behavioral virtues anchored in the principle of diversity throughout the epochs. Consequently, this process engenders the erosion of distinctive identity features, the fragmentation of individual selves, and a critical stance towards public liberties. فرضت سلطة العولمة وتجلياتها البارزة على الأوضاع السياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية أثرت ضمنيا في الهوية الدينية، فكان الهدف من البحث تقصي رهاناتها ومآلاتها اليوم على الواقع الديني خاصة بعد مقاربة الذوات المتدينة عند اليهود والمسيحيين قبل تحريف الكتب السماوية وبعد تحريفها من ناحية، وتقصي شيوع عناوين خطاب العنف والتعصب والتنديد بالوسطية عند المسلمين من ناحية أخرى.. حيث توصلنا الى أن السلطة العالمية "العولمة" ترمي الى ضرورة جمع وتعديل الهوية الدينية للشعوب للاقتراب من الفكر العالمي من خلال تحويل الدين (التوحيدي) الى معتقد، مع الإبقاء على القيم السلوكية النبيلة التي تقوم هي الأخرى على مبدأ الاختلاف عبر العصور، ومنه تلاشي الخصوصيات الهوياتية وتشظي الذوات و التنديد بالحريات العامة.
