أخلاقيات وإنسانية الأمير عبد القادر في الحرب: "تعامله مع أسرى الحرب من الفرنسيين أنموذجا"

Résumé: ملخص: تقتصر هذه الدراسة على إبراز مساهمة الأمير عبد القادر في ترسيخ القيم الإنسانية والمعاملة الحسنة أثناء الحروب، وذلك من خلال سعيه للسلام وسد أسباب الحرب، والحد من إراقة الدماء وخسارة الأرواح، وإقراره لشرعية وقدسية الحرب الدفاعية والسعي للحوار والتفاوض كإجراء ضروري، ودعى لاحترام الكرامة الإنسانية للسجناء، وحماية حياتهم وكرامتهم وحرية دينهم ومعتقداتهم، وتوفير الأمن والمأكل والملبس لهم كشرط من شروط عملية الأسر، كما ساهم في تنشيط عمليات تبادل الأسرى، ومنح جنوده مكافآت مالية لتقليل عدد القتلى من العدو بزيادة عدد الأسرى، كمساهمة من جانبه في تنمية القيم الإنسانية مع مواقفه الأخلاقية العديدة أثناء الحروب، وعليه جاءت هذه المقالة العلمية لإظهار مدى حضور الجانب الأخلاقي والسلوكي في أدبيات الأمير عبد القادر خاصة في تعامله مع أسرى الحرب. Abstract: This study is limited to highlighting the Emir’s contribution to the consolidation of human values and good treatment during wars, through his efforts for peace, blocking the causes of war, and curbing bloodshed. Loss of lives, and its recognition of the legitimacy and sanctity of defensive warfare and the continuation of dialogue and negotiation as a necessary measure. He called for respecting the human dignity of prisoners, protecting their lives and dignity, freedom of their religion and beliefs, and providing them with security, food and clothing, as a condition of the operation. In captivity, he also helped activate prisoner exchanges and granted his soldiers financial rewards to reduce the death toll. From the enemy to the increase in the number of prisoners, as a contribution on his part to the development of human values with his many moral stances during wars, and as a result this scientific article came to show the extent of the presence of the moral and behavioral side in the prince's literature, especially in his dealings with prisoners of war.
