فاعلية برنامج علاجي نفسي جماعي للإدمان على السجائر لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية بولاية الوادي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة التالية إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج علاج نفسي جماعي للإقلاع عن التدخين عند التلاميذ في الثانوية، من خلال الإجابة على الإشكالية: هل لبرنامج العلاج النفسي الجماعي فاعلية في تخفيض درجة الإدمان من التدخين لدى التلاميذ في الثانوية ؟ وبناء على هذا التساؤل كانت فرضية الدراسة كالتالي : نتوقع من برنامج العلاج الجماعي فاعلية في تخفيض درجة الإدمان على التدخين عند التلاميذ المتمدرسين في الثانوية. وقد طبق الباحث المنهج العيادي وأدوات البحث : استمارة جمع المعلومات الخاصة بالتلاميذ المدخنين, مقياس الإدمان على التدخين عند التلميذ المتمدرس والدافعية للإقلاع عنه, وبرنامج علاج نفسي جماعي للإقلاع عن التدخين. كما طبق منهج دراسة الحالة ذات المنحى الفردي على ست (06) حالات، وأسفرت الدراسة على أن للبرنامج العلاجي النفسي الجماعي فاعلية قي مساعدة المجموعة العلاجية على الإقلاع عن التدخين The study aimed to identify the effictiveness of a collective psychotherapy program on cessation of smoking among secondary school students by answering the main question of the study: is the collective psychotherapy program effective in reducing smoking addiction among adolescents in secondary school? Based on this question, the hypothesis of the study was as follows: We expect an effictiveness for the collective psychotherapy program in reducing the addiction to smoking among secondary school students. The researcher applied the clinical approach using the research tools: the information collection form for students who smoke, smoking dependence scale and motivation to stop and a collective psychotherapy program to cease smoking. The individual-case study was applied in six cases. The results of the study showed that the collective psychotherapy program had the effictiveness in helping adolescents in secondary education to stop smoking,
