The Role Of Civil Society Organizations In Strengthening The Protection Of Human Rights At The International Level

Résumé: لمنظمات المجتمع المدني دور مهم في تدعيم حماية حقوق الإنسان على المستوى الدولي، وهذا على اعتبار أن هذه المنظمات هي الأقرب إلى المجتمعات من الحكومات. وبالتالي، إضافة الى اختصاصها الأصيل في مراقبة مدى حماية حقوق الإنسان على المستوى الوطني، فان لها دور أيضا، على المستوى الدولي، حيث تتعامل مع المنظمات الدولية سواء كانت الحكومية منها كالوكالات الدولية المتخصصة، أم كان ذلك في إطار تعاونها مع المنظمات غير الحكومية مثل منظمات الهلال الأحمر والصليب الأحمر، بحسب ديانة كل دولة. وهذا، كله من أجل تدعيم أكثر لحماية حقوق الإنسان وتعزيزها Civil society organizations have an important role in protecting human rights at the international level, given that these organizations are larger than civil society. Therefore, in addition to its inherent specialization in the extent of human rights protection at the national level, it also plays a role at the international level, as it provides international organizations, whether governmental, such as specialized humanitarian agencies, or in the framework of their cooperation with non-governmental organizations, such as the Red Crescent and Cross organizations Red, according to the religion of each country. This is all in order to further protect the rights of the body.
