لمحات عن الوضع التجاري في إيالة الجزائر أواخر العهد العثماني

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع المجتمع الجزائري الاقتصادي في أواخر العهد العثماني وخاصة الجانب التجاري، في محاولة للإحاطة بكل النشاطات التجارية ممايتعلق بالمراكز التجارية بمدينة الجزائر التي كانت بمثابة السوق الأولى في حركة المبادلات التجارية و شرق الأيالة وغربها وحتى جنوبها ، و المدن التجارية الكبرى والأرياف المحيطة بها ، والأسواق المنتشرة في الأيالة سواء في عواصم البايليك أوفي الأرياف وحتى في الصحراء ، والمبادلات القائمة عليها من مقايضة للسلع ومعاملات تجارية وكذلك محاولة التطرق الى المسالك المعتمدة في المبادلات التجارية في الداخل والخارج خاصة مع دول الجوار وبلاد السودان و الحديث عن علاقات الايالة التجارية مع بعض دول أوروبا ،وأهم السلع من الصادرات والواردات بين هذه الدول وايالة الجزائر في العهد العثماني، كل ذلك من خلال الاشكالية التالية :بما اتسمت التجارة الداخلية والخارجية للجزائر أواخر العهد العثماني؟وماطبيعة المبادلات التجارية الداخلية والخارجية؟ ،وماأهم مسالك ومراكز التبادل التجاري في الأيالة ؟ . This study aims to reveal the reality of the Algerian economic society in the late Ottoman era, especially the commercial aspect, in an attempt to encompass all commercial activities related to the commercial centers in the city of Algiers, which was the first market in the movement of commercial exchanges, east, west and even south, and major commercial cities and rural areas. The surrounding markets, the markets scattered in the Ayala, whether in the capitals of the Beyliks or in the countryside and even in the desert, and the exchanges based on them from bartering for goods and commercial transactions, as well as trying to address the approved methods in commercial exchanges at home and abroad, especially with neighboring countries and the country of Sudan, and talking about the commercial relations of the Ayala with Some European countries, and the most important commodities of exports and imports between these countries and the province of Algeria in the Ottoman era, all through the following problem: What was characterized by the internal and external trade of Algeria at the end of the Ottoman era? What is the nature of internal and external trade exchanges? And what are the most important routes and centers of commercial exchange in the Ayala? .
