Résumé: للجنة المشاركة العمّالية دوراً هاماً في المشاركة في تسيير الهيئة المستخدمة، لاسيما إذا كانت فعّالة وإيجابيّة، لذا خصّص لها المشرّع الجزائري ضمن القانون 90-11 المتعلق بعلاقات العمل، مكانة هامة في كل هيئة مستخدمة، من خلال تنظيمه لكيفيّة تشكيلها وسيرها، وأقرّ لها قانون 90-289 الذي يحدد كيفية تنظيم انتخابات مندوبي المستخدمين الذين يشكّلون في مجموعهم لجنة المشاركة، وتتمتّع هذه اللّجنة بصلاحيات واسعة تتعلق باستراتيجيّات العمل، فهي تبدي رأيها حول تنظيم العمل. The Workers' Participation Committee plays an important role, by participating in the management of the organization, especially if it is effective and positive, therefore, by virtue of the law 90-11 relating to relations of work, the Algerian legislator ensures an important position for it in each organization, by organizing its formation and operation, and it has been approved by Law 90-289 which determines the organization of the elections of staff representatives, who together form the participation committee, which has broad powers related to work strategies and in terms of expressing its opinion on the organization of work as well.
