المحددات الاقتصادية للادخار المحلي في الجزائر) دراسة قياسية للفترة( 2015 – 1970

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة المحددات الاقتصادية للادخار المحلي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1970-2015، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ومنهج التحليل القياسي من حيث صياغة، بناء ، تقدير النموذج القياسي، تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم المحددات الاقتصادية للادخار المحلي في الجزائر حتى يمكن الاعتماد عليها في حال وضع أي سياسة لرفع معدل الادخار المحلي في الجزائر و باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد مبرزين في ذالك طريقة المربعات الصغرى لاختبار صحة النموذج والأهمية النسبية للمتغيرات المختلفة التي قد يكون لها تأثير قي الادخار المحلي، استنتجنا أفضل نموذج إحصائي و الذي بينت نتائجه المقدرة أن الادخار المحلي له علاقة طردية بينه و بين كل المتغيرات التفسيرية محل الدراسة كأسعار البترول و معدل النمو الاقتصادي و رصيد الميزانية العامة للدولة كنسبة من الناتج الوطني الخام و رصيد الحساب الجاري كنسبة من الناتج الوطني الخام تناسبا و النظرية الاقتصادية خلال فترة الدراسة كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحقیق استقرار اقتصادي للسيطرة على العوامل و المتغيرات الاقتصادية المؤثرة في الادخار المحلي و عدم الاعتماد كليا على البترول.This study examined the economic determinants of domestic savings in Algeria during the period 1970-2015. The descriptive approach and the standard analysis method were used in terms of formulating, constructing, estimating the standard model. The study aims To know the most important economic determinants of domestic savings, so Algeria can be relied upon in the event of any policy to raise the rate of saving the womb in Algeria Using the multi-linear regression model is illustrated by the method of the lower squares to test the validity of the model and the relative importance of the different variables that may have an effect on domestic saving, we concluded the best statistical model, I have a direct relationship between all the explanatory variables under study, such as oil prices, economic growth rate, balance of the general budget of the state as a percentage of gross national product and the balance of the current account as a proportion of the gross national product in proportion to the economic theory during the period of study as the study recommended the need to achieve economic stability to control the factors and economic variables affecting local savings and not rely entirely on oil.
