دور مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في التنمية السياحية في الجزائر

Résumé: يتناول هذا البحث الدور الهام الذي تلعبه مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في عملية التنمية السياحية في الجزائر خاصة في ظل التحول الذي طرأ على دور قطاع المجتمع المدني من مجرد العمل التطوعي المباشر إلى إحداث التنمية و صناعتها في المجتمع هذا من ناحية، ومن ناحية أخرى أهمية القطاع السياحي في الجزائر الذي يعتبر من القطاعات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المعول عليها للمساهمة في رفع النمو الاقتصادي و الذي تحتاج إلى تحشيد جهود كل مؤسسات المجتمع المدني من أجل ترقية السياحة و تنميتها. كما يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على صناعة السياحة في الجزائر في ضوء المتغيرات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تعيشها المنطقة وتأكيد مدى الإيجابية والفعالية التي تلعبها مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في العمل التنموي من أجل المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية السياحية المستدامة. This research deals with the important role that civil society organizations play in the tourism development process in Algeria, especially in light of the transformation that has taken place in the role of the civil society sector from direct volunteerism to the development and industrialization of this society, on the one hand, Algeria, which is considered a reliable economic and social sector to contribute to the growth of economic growth, which needs to mobilize the efforts of all civil society organizations to promote tourism and development. This research also aims to shed light on the tourism industry in Algeria in the light of the political, economic and social changes that the region is experiencing and confirm the extent of positivity and effectiveness that civil society institutions play in the development work in order to contribute to achieving sustainable tourism development.
