معوقات الاندماج الحضري بالمساكن الاجتماعية بمدن الصحراء الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية بمدينة ورقلة

Résumé: ملخص: في هذه الورقة تطرقنا لمعوقات الاندماج الحضري و الاجتماعي وهذه المعوقات التي باتت ظاهرة جليا في المجال العمراني الحضري بالمدينة الصحراوية، التي نتج عنها إشكاليات في الاندماج حضريا واجتماعيا للأفراد والجماعات التي تقطن في المجلات العمرانية الحضرية بإحدى مدن الصحراء الجزائرية، كما أن هذه المجالات العمرانية والاجتماعية تتميز بجملة من القيم والمعايير الحضرية الخاصة والتي لها ارتباط مباشر بشؤون الحياة اليومية وفيها نجد معاني ورموز ودلالات لا تتماشى والقيم المعايير الخاصة بالأفراد الجماعات التي تعيش في هذا المجال العمراني الحضري دو المساكن العمودية والذي يفرض على المجتمع المحلي صعوبات في التأقلم مع هذه المساكن الاجتماعية الجماعية وعليه فإن المقيمين فيه سوف يؤثرون ويتأثرون في عملية تفاعلهم واندماجهم حضريا واجتماعيا مع هكذا مجالات حضرية التي عرفت انتشار متسارعا في السنوات الأخيرة في مدن الصحراء الجزائرية. Summary: In this paper, we highlighted the obstacles to urban and social integration. these obstacles, which have become obviously appare in the urban area of the desert city, that created problems in the urban and social integration of individuals and groups in which they reside, and the urban and the social fields are characterized by sety special urban specification, values and standards that have a direct link to the affairs of daily life, and in which we fined meanings, symbols and connotations that are not in line with the values and standards of the individuals and groups living in this urban area of vertical housing, and the matter has imposed difficulties on the local community in the process of integration and adaptation to this environment so that they influence and are affected by it in the process of their interaction integration culturally and socially with such urban areas, have known a rapid spread in recent years in the cities of the Algerian desert.
