إصلاح السياسة البيئية في الجزائر على ضوء الالتزامات الدولية والتعزيزات التشريعية
Résumé: The environment and ways to protect it have become one of the important issues of priority in all international forums, and Algeria, like the countries of the world, took on the task of preserving the environment through its access to international conferences and its ratification of all environmental agreements. Environment and a combination of important laws oriented towards sustainable development and consecration. The study concluded that the period of reforms in Algeria began since 2001, when the environmental system was known to be stable in its bodies and a remarkable development in the number of laws of environmental concern, but despite that it remained insufficient and did not reach its goal, due to the non-compulsory laws and lack of rigor in their application.
