أسلوب الاستثناء بين تفسِيرَي محاسن التأويل لجمال الدين القاسمي والتحرير والتنوير لابن عاشور

Résumé: يسعى هذا البحثُ إلى الوقوفِ على أسلوبِ الاستثناءِ عند القاسمي وابن عاشور في تفسيرَيْهِما، وقوفًا عند بعضِ الآياتِ القرآنيةِ الدقيقةِ التي كثر فيها الخلاف وطال؛ بغيةَ أنْ نجدَ عندهما جديدًا، أو قولًا شارحًا، أو توجيهًا يعالجُ الأسلوبَ من زاويةٍ مختلفة، فيضع أيديَنا على طريقٍ نصلُ به إلى فهْمٍ تنجلي به أو معه كثيرٌ من الإشكالات، لا سيما أنَّها قد أخذَا على نفسهما عدمَ التقيُّدِ، والوقوفِ على آراء مَنْ قبلَهما، والاكتفاءِ بتردادِها وحسب. واستوى البحثُ على مبحثين: عُني الأولُ بالاستثناءِ المتعلِّق بالجنس، وتناول الثاني الاستثناءَ المتعلِّقَ بالحكم، منتظمًا على المنهج التحليلي، معَ الاستعانةِ بغيره حيثُ اقتضتِ الحاجة. وقد توصَّلَ البحثُ إلى نتائجَ عدة، منها: أنَّ ابنَ عاشورٍ أطولُ نفَسًا، وأبعدُ غوصًا. وأنَّ بالإمكانِ دراسةَ أسلوبِ الاستثناءِ دراسةً تميلُ به نحوَ البلاغةِ؛ فيتسع، ويمتد، ويكون قادرًا على استيعابِ ما يتضمَّنه الكلامُ من بلاغةٍ وإشاراتٍ دقيقة، وهذا من شأنه أنْ يُفضيَ إلى فهْمٍ تزولُ معه كثيرٌ من الآراء المتعارضة. This research seeks to examine the style of exception used by Alasemi and Ibn Ashoor in their interpretations, focusing on some of the subtle Qur'anic verses over which there has been much and prolonged disagreement. The aim is to find something new, an explanatory statement, or an approach that addresses the method from a different view. This will guide us toward an understanding that will resolve many of the problems, especially since they have committed themselves to not being restricted to the views of those who came before them, merely repeating them. The research is divided into two sections: The first deals with exceptions related to gender, while the second addresses exceptions related to rulings, using an analytical approach and drawing on other sources where necessary. This research revealed several conclusions, including that Ibn Ashoor had the longest breath and deepest exploration. It is possible to study the style of exception in a way that tends toward eloquence, expanding, and becoming capable of understanding the rhetoric and subtle signs contained in speech. This would lead to an understanding that would eliminate many conflicting opinions.
