أنماط الجريمة في الأحياء السكنية الفقيرة لمدينة خنشلة : دراسة ميدانية لحي بوجلبانة

Résumé: الملخص : شهدت المجتمعات الإنسانية في الآونة الأخيرة انتشارا واسعا للجريمة بمختلف أنماطها و أشكالها؛ حيث تزداد نسبها و ترتفع معدلاتها يوما بعد يوم؛ و الملاحظ أن الجريمة بشكل عام تزداد تنوعا و خطورة كلما اتجهنا نحو الأحياء الفقيرة؛ باعتبارها بعيدة بعض الشيء عن أنظار السلطات و عن أي تغطية تذكر؛ فأصبحت هذه الأحياء وسطا لمختلف الأنشطة و الأفعال الإجرامية ؛ من قتل ؛ اعتداءات ؛ عنف ؛ سرقة ؛ بيع و استهلاك المخدرات بأنواعها...؛ حسب الظروف و العوامل الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و الأمنية التي تؤدي إلى حدوثها ؛ و المتمثلة في: الفقر و البطالة التي تدفع بالفرد إلى اللجوء نحو طرق غير شرعية و ممارسات لا أخلاقية بحجة كسي المال؛ و مصاحبة رفقاء السوء و الاختلاط بهم الذي يعتبر عامل رئيسي نحو بداية الانحراف و الانحلال؛ بالإضافة إلى التفكك الأسري الذي يعتبر الممهد الأول لارتكاب الجريمة؛ و كذلك ضعف الاجتماعي كعدم وجود رجال الأمن داخل الأحياء الفقيرة ما يجعلها وسطا و وكرا لارتكاب الجريمة بأنواعها Abstract : Recently, human societies have witnessed a wide spread of crime in various types and forms; its rates are increasing and its rates are rising day by day; and it is noted that crime in general is becoming more diverse and dangerous as we move towards the slums; as they are somewhat far from the attention of the authorities and from any coverage; so these neighborhoods have become the center of various criminal activities and acts; murder; assaults; violence; theft; sale and consumption of drugs of all kinds...; According to the circumstances and socio-economic and security factors that lead to its occurrence; namely : Poverty and unemployment, which leads an individual to resort to illegal methods and immoral practices under the pretext of money; accompanying bad companions and mixing with them, which is a major factor towards the beginning of deviation and decay; in addition to family disintegration, which is the first precursor to committing crime; as well as social weakness such as the absence of security men inside the slums, which makes it a medium and a den for committing crime of all kinds.
