Résumé: The University professor is one of the most valuable professional takes. He is one of major components of such a university. Admittedly, there appeared a controversial issue what professor should focus his duty on researching or educating students. But the best way is to do well both: teaching and carrying out research as well as publishing and supervising students in their thesis and dissertations. So, by reading and giving opinions to student’s studies,-and not according to their administrative superiors -, professors are indirectly developing their researching skill, which helps them promoting to higher positions and not lag behind. Thus, they not only educate their students but also enhance their knowledge, in order to reach further in their career and keep a best academic position.
