واقع الخدمات المساندة للمعاقين بصريا من وجهة نظر المربين
Résumé: وبهذا يعتبر تقديم خدمات مساندة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ومن بينهم المعاقين بصريا بمثابة تسهيلات تعود بالفائدة على المعاق وأسرته ومجتمعه، وتمس جوانب عدة تقدم في شكل رعاية صحية وتربوية واجتماعية تعمل على تنمية وتلبية احتياجات ذوي الإعاقة. ولما كانت الخدمات المساندة ذات أهمية في حياة المعاقين بصريا وذلك للحد من أثار فقدان البصر على جوانب الشخصية المختلفة، تحاول هذه الدراسة التعرف على واقع توفير الخدمات المساندة للمعاق بصريا بمدارس الأطفال المعاقين بصريا بمدينة المسيلة. Abstract supporting services for people with special needs, especially visually impaired category is quite beneficial for this category and their families and the whole society. Supporting services cover the medical, educational and social issues and tend to satisfy the particular needs of this category. In the same vein, the supporting services are crucial concerning the potential impacts of losing the sight on the different dimensions of personality. Therefore, the present study aims at exploring the reality of the process of providing supporting services for visually impaired people at the school of visually impaired children in the city of Msila.
