Résumé: يتضمن هذا المقال التعريف بالخطورة الإجرامية و الحدث المعرض للجنوح وفق ما ورد في القوانين الوضعية العربية والعالمية و أهم العوامل المكونة للجري مة والتي تجعل الحدث عرضة للسلوك الإجرامي حسب النظريات النفسية و الإجتماعية المفسرة للجريمة كما يتضمن المقال أهم الخصائص النفسية لدى الأحداث المعرضين للجنوح وفي الأخير نجد أهم المبادئ الفلسفية للتكفل بالأحداث ذوي الخطورة الإجرامية .
