Résumé: This longitudinal qualitative studyaims to extract the contribution of information and communication technology in the building of organizational change capacity (OCC) in a smallcompany (MALBOUSSET EL ZAHRA) throughits impact on components and dimensions of this capacity. Our study allowed us to observe that:ICT have contributed to changing the conditions of the external environment, which has made it very necessary to strengthen the capacity for change in the company; ICT has helped to build the capacity for change if there is an efficiency that improves its operation in a way that promotes change in the company; Flexible practices based on the principle of “trial and error” and continuous learning through the exploitation of ICT, are two main factors thatcontribute to the change capacity building.
