تقييم أداء النظام الصحي وتحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية

Résumé: تعنى المنظمات الصحية كشكل من أشكال المنظمات الخدمية بتقديم خدمات الرعاية والاستطباب والمتابعة للمواطنين، ومع التطورات الحاصلة على مستوى الأساليب والتقنيات التي ترفع من جودة الخدمات الصحية اتجهت أغلب المنظمات الصحية إلى اعتماد المعايير العالمية التي تحقق بها ذلك، من خلال التركيز على تقييم الأداء بهذه المنظمات. لذا تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على تقييم أداء المنظمات الصحية مفهوما ومحددات ومقومات وصعوبات، وكذا جودة الخدمة الصحية التي عالجنا مقوماتها أبعادها والعوامل المؤثرة فيها، وللربط بين تقييم أداء المنظمة الصحية وجودة الخدمة التي تقدمها قدمنا نماذج عالمية من أجل تحقيق هذا المسعى. Health organizations, as a form of service organizations, are concerned with providing care services, consultations, and follow-up to citizens. With the developments in methods and technologies that raise the quality of health services, most health organizations tended to adopt international standards by which they achieved this, by focusing on evaluating the performance of these organizations. Therefore, this research paper aims to shed light on evaluating the performance of health organizations as a concept, determinants, components and difficulties, as well as the quality of health service whose components, dimensions and influencing factors we have addressed.
